The University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture Office of Access and Engagement strives to foster an academic and work environment that truly promotes a greater sense of belonging for all. Through intentional programs, resources, training opportunities, mentoring endeavors, community engagement opportunities, and student initiatives, we provide strategic leadership and administrative oversight in developing and enhancing efforts to create and sustain a culture that embraces, promotes, and prioritizes access and engagement for all staff and students. We aim to both facilitate and share best practices for enhancing access and engagement across UTIA.
